GBI received the correct product I received the correct product. The only thing I would have liked better is if my order status would have been updated with shipping details. I now have 2 since I ordered a second one from a different supplier and they both arrived the same day.

GBHorrible customer service. I recently purchased a Hytera ACS-01 cable from Two Way Radio Center. Unfortunately it did not work. Two Way's customer service was horrible. Not only did they not help me troubleshoot the problem, they tried to convince me that a cord with a microphone and PTT switch was receive only and not intended to transmit. I was forced to contact Hytera directly. Hytera's engineers confirmed I was using the cord correctly and that it was defective. Two Way refuses to authorize a return. Hytera had to put me in contact with a local distributor to resolve the problem.

GBGreat customer service I reached out to customer service to help with my order as the radios I need were for pretty tricky terrain. Customer service agent helped guide me to a radio that is performing much better than the last ones we had. Took a little longer to ship than I had hoped, but when I contacted the agent that helped me purchase they expedited my order and I had it within a couple of days. Very happy would recommend and purchase from again.

GBDiscontinued items Selected radios i wanted online that were in stock and paid for them. Then was informed that they were discontinued for a long time and would be replaced with radios I didn't want. After emails back and forth with the salesman over several days he found me the radios I wanted. Your website shouldn't sell merchandise that you discontinued.
