GBI received the correct product I received the correct product. The only thing I would have liked better is if my order status would have been updated with shipping details. I now have 2 since I ordered a second one from a different supplier and they both arrived the same day.

GBTwo Way Radio Center is our Go-to Two Way Radio Center has been our go-to for Motorola radios. When I went to order more today, I was informed by Adrianne that my model was back ordered until December. She recommended a newer model that would be compatible with our current system. Customer service was fast and top-notch. I would recommend TWRC to anyone who asks!

GBGreat customer service I reached out to customer service to help with my order as the radios I need were for pretty tricky terrain. Customer service agent helped guide me to a radio that is performing much better than the last ones we had. Took a little longer to ship than I had hoped, but when I contacted the agent that helped me purchase they expedited my order and I had it within a couple of days. Very happy would recommend and purchase from again.

CAI ordered and the item order#9593 I ordered and the item order#9593, and cancelled it the next day. I spoke with an associate to cancel the order. She said she will cancel it the same day and card will not be charged. I never received any cancellation but received another notification to review the product and that the item was shipped.. Since that day I have been calling and nobody answers the phone. I am going to report it to the business bureau if i do not hear back soon.
