GBYour website advertised the radios… Your website advertised the radios ordered as in stock the day of purchase and after the card used was charged and my order had not been fulfilled I called to inquire and was told it would be "some time next month", which is very vague considering it was like Oct. 30th. You should maybe switch the setting on your auto mail out to ask for reviews after the order has been fulfilled.

GBGreat customer service! I called when my order had not shipped. A lady actually answered the phone right away! She told me the radios where delayed and to check back at a later date. Then not long after I spoke to her, I got an email from a “Billy” from the same company. He found a solution and I received my radios within a week! This was a great customer service experience in a world where customer service no longer exist. I’m extremely pleased.

GBGreat customer service I reached out to customer service to help with my order as the radios I need were for pretty tricky terrain. Customer service agent helped guide me to a radio that is performing much better than the last ones we had. Took a little longer to ship than I had hoped, but when I contacted the agent that helped me purchase they expedited my order and I had it within a couple of days. Very happy would recommend and purchase from again.

GBThe two pack of Midland radios were…used The two pack of Midland radios were obviously used. Each radio had a sticker with a persons name attached to it and the radios and accessories were just thrown in the box. I have been promise new radios but have not seen the replacements yet. This has been over Thanksgiving so I’ll wait until late next week before starting my email campaign.

CAI ordered and the item order#9593 I ordered and the item order#9593, and cancelled it the next day. I spoke with an associate to cancel the order. She said she will cancel it the same day and card will not be charged. I never received any cancellation but received another notification to review the product and that the item was shipped.. Since that day I have been calling and nobody answers the phone. I am going to report it to the business bureau if i do not hear back soon.
