GBGot exactly what I ordered, but was left in limbo Liked - the product arrived and was exactly what was ordered! Disliked - There was a credit charge, an order acknowledgment, and then nothing for days. No order status until well after the claimed two days to get the order. I called every day (and many times a day) past the original due date and got the same "looking for an agent", "can't find agent", disconnect phone treatment. TBH, I was just about to dispute the charge to the credit card and seek out another company when I finally got a notice that the order was on the way.

GBOver all good experience. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. It took two days of me requesting the tracking number but once I received it, it was just waiting on USPS to deliver my watch and that took a week, but that was out of the company control. The watch is as described on their site, pristine, looks like a brand new watch. Works just fine so far.

GByou sent me a non-apple charger that… you sent me a non-apple charger that would not charge the apple watch...after initial response to complaint have heard nothing than originally saying you can return the entire GIFT - mind you Christmas gift that did not arrive on time even though said two day shipping....oh can I have your gift back and maybe you'll get something back that will work sometime in the near future....really disappointing and will never use or recommend your business again.
