Purchased a new smartphone and screen protection Purchased a new smartphone and cellhelmet to protect the screen. It’s been three days since I bought it and still can’t register cellhelmet. I’ve emailed many times and they respond with needing to complete info on a link after which they tell me they’re on it. I was told I need to follow up with cellhelmet. I’ve been in contact with Aaron who hasn’t helped at all. Why do I need to go through all this to register the product for a warranty?? It’s BULL!!!

Cell helmet has AWESOME customer… Cell helmet has AWESOME customer service!! The photo case I received was not great but before I even contacted them, they reached out to re do with better picture placement etc. Received new one ….BEAUTIFUL!! My husband will LOVE the photo phone case!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Customer service was great What made my experience great was customer service Aaron put together a 35% discount at Checkout for me as a return customer. Amazing customer service!! I am amazed at how wonderful the customer service I received was. I had accidentally ordered the wrong case and promptly contacted customer service. They made sure to cancel my order and I was able to order the correct case. It was all done through email and the response time was so quick and they were so helpful.

Prompt and helpful service Aaron replied promptly to my query re: whether or not I should open the replacement tempered glass I ordered. The picture on the package didn't match the description of the product and I was concerned if I opened the pkg could it be returned if not the correct one.
