Went online to the cell helmet website filed a warranty claim and within minutes received an email with information and link. Followed the directions, and had a new case on the way in a few minutes. The downside is it still cost $10.00.

Tempered Glass - Best Investment Ever! I dropped my phone today and it landed glass side down. I always purchase the glass protector, but probably because of the cold, snow, and ice on the side walk, the tempered glass protector cracked. I noticed that on the packaging it lists that it has a lifetime warranty so I reached out to see what that means. For $10.00 I will have a replacement protector for my phone. In the meantime, I discovered that the glass screen on the phone underneath is unharmed! Bonus and Score! Thank you very much. Great product!

Prompt lifetime warranty as stated When I purchased my cell helmet tempered glass screen saver last year, I was told to save my receipt and it came with a lifetime warranty. It was so easy to go to the website and complete the procedure. I promptly received confirmation and shipping notices. When I received the wrong size - I chatted my problem and was notified that I will receive the correct one soon . I am happy and highly recommend this company.

My only complaint would be there isn’t enough options for coverage for the back of a phone. I wish they made a liquid glass for the back screen but I was happy to find out that the case would cover the back. Overall love this company
