GBDisappointed in their web purchase… Disappointed in their web purchase service. When I showed up at the scheduled time to pick up a fridge I was informed that it was not onsite until tomorrow. Not what my paperwork said! I had rented a truck and drove 50 miles to the appropriate store for pickup only to find out it was in stock at a location closer to my home! I wasted 2 extra hours, fuel, and had to go back closer to pick up my purchase. Even the service manager said the website orders seem to have issues. Time to fix it!!

GBClearer communication requested... I ordered Crosley furniture pieces via the RC Willey website. They were delivered on a date that I was heading out of town and I got no delivery notification. Although I was provided with a tracking link, it was not clear that I would not be provided with a delivery notification. Both furniture pieces arrived unassembled. Not a problem but, it would have been good to know that this was the case before purchasing them. If all the aforementioned would've been communicated, I would be giving a 5 star review.

GBI called to change the pick up location… I called to change the pick up location from Orem to Layton since I was not aware until after I placed my order online. Plus it’s too far of a drive for me living in Roy. When I called. customer service representative mentioned that it could be dropped off at my front door (at no cost) which I misunderstood when I placed my order what curbside drop off meant specifically lol! Customer Service representative was very friendly and helpful in a timely manner.
