No customer service It’s been a week and a half; they do not pick up the phone, reply back to VM, or reply back to email inquiries ( tried both email addresses). They are only open a few hours a day. The customer service is non existent. Several years ago this company had a good reputation. Im thinking new management might have taken over.

Ordered phenlypiracetam and noopet… Ordered phenlypiracetam and noopet from them and waited a while to get the package. Spent $41.81 on both and I don’t feel ANYTHING. No energy, no focus, nothing. I bet you it’s just some cheap white substance they cut it with to make money and rip you off. Also, which this is my fault for not looking but they don’t except returns or exchanges on opened products… how am I supposed to know if I want to return it if I dont try it. Phenlypiracetam is supposed to be strong… but couldn’t see any difference. I would suggest

They have been nothing but helpful… They have been nothing but helpful towards me when my package kept getting sent back because usps messed up. These guys are a stand up organization and you should do business with them.

I ordered my first ever racetam from… I ordered my first ever racetam from Pure Nootropics under the old domain and with the old logo back in 2018. The shipping took a long time. The upside was, it was amazingly potent - even more than ND. It was late 2022 next I ordered. I emailed PN to enable racetams on my account as a former buyer, then I received it pretty fast. Haven't taken it enough to leave detailed review, but I did note a sharpening of vision when walking that lasted several minutes after ingesting ~200mg of Aniracetam.

Very satisfied I will leave 4 stars here since the delivery time is not as fast as it was expected (Sydney, AU). Everything else is pretty good though - quality and prices seem pretty reasonable. Very satisfied with the service
