My package has been held at DHL for 5… My package has been held at DHL for 5 days awaiting information from Pure. Emailed multiple times and got fobbed off twice, last email said it would be sorted/looked into. That was 2 days ago and no reply since!! And I paid for speedy delivery! Will never use again

Purenootropics.net was an ok experience… Purenootropics.net was an ok experience for me. The site was easy enough to naviagte but I found that the selection is rather tarce. Prices were aveage, and the checkout process was fairly simple. I founnd it to be a bit slow though, and the customer service was so-so. On the whole, nothing out of the ordniary, nothing to write home about. I certainly have seen better, but then again, I have seen worse.

They have been nothing but helpful… They have been nothing but helpful towards me when my package kept getting sent back because usps messed up. These guys are a stand up organization and you should do business with them.
