Customer Service is great! Customer Service is great! I work mostly with Trista, but I have had great experiences with every CSR person I have been in contact with. The software itself is essential if you run a driving school.

Driving School Software is amazing but… Driving School Software is amazing once you get it set up and working to meet the needs and regulations of your school and state. The training for the system is seriously lacking. A lot of it is figuring it out on your own. That's not the easiest when you are converting and need to train all the other staff. Don't get me wrong this software is great it just takes some time to work through the set up.

THE BEST DECISION TO SWITCH TO DSS This is the most amazing software service. We have used software for over 5 years and they truly saved our business. Especially during COVID. I was completely over whelmed with paperwork. The fact that I am NOT tech savy absolutely scared me to death to do everything online. But they slowly trained me at my pace, and helped me with website transition and even provided suggestions on how to better adopt. Now my school is completely digital.
