The owner of the company is the one you originally talk to so he can explain everything involved with the software, and he is super nice and helpful. After that you have a designated onboarding specialist to assist you with getting started. Every time I have an issue, support is always there for me. It might be a little overwhelming once you begin, but after awhile it's a very easy program to learn and use. It is also very customizable to your school. Highly, highly recommend DSS!

Customer Service is great! Customer Service is great! I work mostly with Trista, but I have had great experiences with every CSR person I have been in contact with. The software itself is essential if you run a driving school.

Second to None! This is the ONLY driving school software that can handle all of our needs. Really, the best part is the very pleasant and helpful people that support the software! Ashley never quits until you are 100% satisfied. She leads the onboarding team and is outstanding! Trista and her support team are second to none as well. They tackle our large driving school needs and wants with amazing efficiency and speed.

THE BEST DECISION TO SWITCH TO DSS This is the most amazing software service. We have used software for over 5 years and they truly saved our business. Especially during COVID. I was completely over whelmed with paperwork. The fact that I am NOT tech savy absolutely scared me to death to do everything online. But they slowly trained me at my pace, and helped me with website transition and even provided suggestions on how to better adopt. Now my school is completely digital. I kind of cannot remember how I even ran my business before. I cannt say enough about the software and also about their support staff. One of the BEST DECISION I EVER MADE for my driving school.

Not Real User Friendly There are parts of the registration that is Not user friendly for our customers that we have to go back and fix or explain to multiple customers. Customers believe they've enrolled their student, but due to a button "Pay Later" not being clicked- their student isn't registered. Nothing says "click to enter" or "Click to Enter & Pay later"- I can understand. Updates that are made/have been made prevented other portions from being available again. Customers were emailed the contract when they enrolled- they no longer receive that- when they click to print contract-after they've entered all of their students info- the contract is blank! Why? it used to be completed! As an owner of the company, I do not feel as though you have any control over your information that appears- you don't have access to edit it.
