GBThey are not very sure of their inventory They are not very sure of their inventory and are very difficult to get on the phone. I called to question a book that was listed as a bundle. They assured me I would be receiving the entire bundle but could not guarantee a working code. I was fine with that. All I recieved was one textbook. When I called to advise them of the situation, the customer service representative was not helpful at all. Instead she was rather rude and disrespectful.

GBExcellent I have been using book renter for years and always have better prices for me to get my books. The customer service department is understing in every concern i have. If i need my rentals extended it is really easy to do online. I would recommend bookrenter to everyone

Disgruntlled
GBPaid for overnight shipping I paid for overnight shipping when I placed an order on a Friday around 3:30 pm. It did not arrive until Tuesday afternoon. It does state that they do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays when the fine print is read, but why offer it as a selection on a Friday? You would think it would have at least arrived by Monday. I should have just paid for regular shipping- a total waste of $20.

Great prices, fast shipping, free shipping and returns, reusable box, easy print labels, option to extend use if needed.....what more could a student ask for? Highly recommended.
