GBBooks out of stock for rental I was able to rent 2 of the 4 books I need for my fall 2016 semester of college. I attempted over the course of several weeks to rent the other 2 books. I went to another site for the other 2 rentals as I will be leaving for college this weekend. I have, in the past, had great success with renting. This time I was disappointed. Otherwise, I do recommend this site.

GBAwesome experience Needed a book that I didn't need to own. Fast shipping. Great condition. Long rental for a great price. Free return and easy instructions. Quick to email to confirm they received the book back. Definitely recommended.
Disgruntlled
GBPaid for overnight shipping I paid for overnight shipping when I placed an order on a Friday around 3:30 pm. It did not arrive until Tuesday afternoon. It does state that they do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays when the fine print is read, but why offer it as a selection on a Friday? You would think it would have at least arrived by Monday. I should have just paid for regular shipping- a total waste of $20.

GBAlways have what I need I always wait till the last minute to do things I know I should be on top of when it comes to ordering my class textbook. The only place I have found that always have what I need at perfect prices is BookRenter. I am totally grateful & appreciate everyone who is employed there and the shipping department is the best, as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

GBUnsatisfied Do yourself a favor and rent from Amazon! The shipping prices, mishaps, poor customer service, and the call I've been waiting 3 weeks for from a manager all says save your money and go to a reputable company. I have rented from them several times and it's just not worth it.
