GBJust what I needed After a year in a group setting that wasn’t going in a direction or speed that I was looking for, I made the switch to Peghead Nation. Now I am learning my kind of music at my speed and oh yes, if I need to take a break my instructor is patiently waiting to pick right where we left off. How can you improve on that.

MXGreat teachers I have courses from both Sharon Gilchrist and John reischman on the mandolin. Both are outstanding courses and the teaching is top notch as of course is the playing. I especially like John's taste in mandolin music and Sharon's approach to improvising made easy.

GBRock On! I have enjoyed and appreciated PHN's on-line classes. Of special note are the Joe K Walsh classes, through which my mandolin playing has improved and my songbook has grown considerably. PHN has some great instructors, including guitar hero Stash Wyslouch and banjo hero Danny Barnes!

AUI have unsubscribed from the Ukulele… I have unsubscribed from the Ukulele lessons for a number of reasons: -In my opinion the sessions were too fast for a beginner. -Strumming patterns are not intuitive yet not well taught by the instructor - visual strumming pattern not presented well, perhaps up/down arrow diagrams would be better. -Chord patterns not always shown on the video - I had to look at the instructor's hand to check what chord I should be playing. I've been playing the ukulele for 9 months but found this course difficult and too fast. I viewed sessions many times and thus my progress was very slow. I wrote to you suggesting changes but the only response was for me to slow down the video. Quite disappointed as I was looking forward to this manner of learning. Peter

GBTop Notch Instructors Instructors are wonderful. I’m gaining in my confidence and repertoire. I can work at my own pace and fit in lessons at my convenience, without costly travel time in my busy schedule. It’s the next best thing to having these wonderful teachers at my side in person.
