Do not Order from I Herb Canada I order supplements back on April 3rd and the order was to arrive between 10-13. Order did not arrive. I contacted IHerb and they informed me my account was deactivated.... After 8 days of correspondence they finally got my account reactivated and in good faith re-ordered again on April 21st. In not receiving a shipping order receipt I have contacted the two days ago. I have once again been told my account has been deactivated!!! The response re-try the order again... Nope, not trusting this company and the customer service just sends out standard replies with no human being to connect with. STAY AWAY from them.

BEWARE, I have ordered several times with good results but I am spammed with emails. Today I tried to either unsubscribe or change email preferences to once a month. I spent over half an hour going in loops. Push unsubscribe and their regular page comes up. Go to chat and you are in a constant loop with a computer. I finally just went to one of their emails and marked it SPAM. I will find another company to order from.
