Great company I have been a customer for more than 5 years now, and feel like I have enough data to share my experience with a summary review here at Trustpilot. Other than one incident with an honest review of a product that was rejected for no reason (even after filing a complaint about it), the experience has been stellar. The UI of the website is intuitive and so easy to navigate. The reward scheme is probably the best I have seen in any online marketing platform. The best of all is the shipment: it is lightning fast and sometimes arrived when I wasn't even expecting it, in addition to the secure packing. I sincerely want to thank the people at iHerb for your service, especially since so many of the products I need are not even available in the Japanese market.

A lot of product selection Good product selection, fair prices and decent delivery times. I shop here regularly, especially for North American products I can't get in Europe. Also there are lots of product reviews on the website, making it easier to decide which things to try
