Great practical course instructors The course instructors for all of the practical aspects were first class. Knew their subject well, enthusiastic, keen to pass on their knowledge. I found the e-learning program disjointed in places, some of the video clips were unnecessary, some of the presentation formats were different. To many mouse / touch pad clicks / taps. Inconsistent telephone / email backup.

Avoid please Very dissapointed with customer.I have had a very bad experience with them.Waiste of money.I would recommend another training provider.The courses are expensive compare to another training providers,learning content is not easy,no flexibility.Its a big commitment.To much hassle and it's not worth of money.They have cancelled my course very easy because I couldn't attend due to family emergency unless I would you pay 350 for course transfer.I had to go for PT Academy PT L3 which is amazing and cheaper and flexible and you got 2 yrs to finish your course with ymca only 6 months which is very fast and you have to follow their rules even if you pay so much money. They still sending me emails about dates of assessments after they cancelled my course.Its crazy.

Very basic course Very basic course, with only a few Kettlebell moves covered. Would be good to have a teacher who actually uses Kettlebells, which clearly was not the case. Nobody failed, which is typical of today's fitness courses. Good manual- shame we didn't cover most of the exercises included within.

Customer service was very convincing Customer service was very convincing! It took me over 1 year to save for a £250 deposit. They have taken my money very fast, made many promises and have let me down on every single front other than the initial call backs for interest. Promised me 2 months of access before course starts in May 2024 and nothing. Other than a Relax page on their main page for course access. Even messaged the tutor who replied and said within 1 day it will can be resolved after my response and we'll the date is much further now and still nothin. Customer service although am number 1 most times times, everytime I get we are to busy and put the phone down. Am done. I want my money back and nothin from this pointless company. Don't do it. Terrible.

Absolutely appalling courses Absolutely appalling courses. I attended two courses, there were basic errors in the course materials and in the exam papers for the first course. The second course was a waste of time and money. I seriously considered not bothering to undertake the assessments because I felt the course was worthless. The course handbook was out of date and one of the tutors told us as much. However, I did attend the practical examinations and the examiner was over two hours late. They did not even bother to let all course members know.
