Terrible customer service Terrible customer service, YMCA fit has been ignoring me. I’ve gave them a medical sick note and they have caused me so much stressed, they have took all my money and refused a refund.

PT Course I’ve recently completed the PT Course at YMCA London. I want to thank Nick, Roger, Darren, Emmanuel and Lee for their support. I also would like to thank immensely Victor - For his incredible knowledge - For his forward positive thinking - And for his massive support and care that he has given me for completing the PT Course. Victor is extremely passionate and experienced about teaching. He is fully skilled to analyse and to support the students potential and help them out to succeed and achieve their goals. Absolutely appalling courses Absolutely appalling courses. I attended two courses, there were basic errors in the course materials and in the exam papers for the first course. The second course was a waste of time and money. I seriously considered not bothering to undertake the assessments because I felt the course was worthless. The course handbook was out of date and one of the tutors told us as much. However, I did attend the practical examinations and the examiner was over two hours late. They did not even bother to let all course members know.

PAD training for PT Recently completed PAD training for PT and it was a good one. Good mixture of class room based learning an practical elements. Location easy to find, well organised with brilliant course tutor Trevor Clarke. Worth to mention is also club cafe, may not look much but absolutely delicious grab (soup and wrap) with very decent portion size.

No explanations- rushed through-tutors unprofessional- exam room at top of the gym - so not quiet - people walking into the exam room at all times - loud music - people talking -etc Stay clear - choose somewhere else to spend your money!!
