Trainers were wonderful, but… Trainers were passionate, attentive, and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t change them. The website, however was evidently made in the dark ages and hasn’t been updated since (navigates at a snail’s pace). Also, course attendees are often trying to build careers - that put food on the table and keep the lights on - around this organisation’s certifications. Making them wait 3 months to get said certifications - key to getting one’s foot in the door anywhere - is unfair. Great course content, lousy back of house.

Customer service was very convincing Customer service was very convincing! It took me over 1 year to save for a £250 deposit. They have taken my money very fast, made many promises and have let me down on every single front other than the initial call backs for interest. Promised me 2 months of access before course starts in May 2024 and nothing. Other than a Relax page on their main page for course access. Even messaged the tutor who replied and said within 1 day it will can be resolved after my response and we'll the date is much further now and still nothin. Customer service although am number 1 most times times, everytime I get we are to busy and put the phone down. Am done. I want my money back and nothin from this pointless company. Don't do it. Terrible.

Great boxing padwork Cpd I just wanted to take the time to say how much I enjoyed the boxing/padwork Cpd the tutor, Trevor, had a great personality and was informative (and obviously skilled) and ran a great day! I don’t usually leave reviews (wasn’t even asked to!) but wanted to say how much I’ve enjoyed. I’ve done various CPDS with other service providers and after today will deff be booking future ones with YMCA - so thankyou!

Committed and Friendly Staff keeps kids sport fun Our daughter does after football here. A brilliant centre with a committed and energetic coach who keeps the class active and engaged for the full 45 minutes. She’s learnt lots of new skills and can’t wait till the next week. The centre is rigorous in cleanliness and following government guidelines for Covid-19 procedure without taking the fun out of sport. Thank you Team YMCA Holborn

PT Course I’ve recently completed the PT Course at YMCA London. I want to thank Nick, Roger, Darren, Emmanuel and Lee for their support. I also would like to thank immensely Victor - For his incredible knowledge - For his forward positive thinking - And for his massive support and care that he has given me for completing the PT Course. Victor is extremely passionate and experienced about teaching. He is fully skilled to analyse and to support the students potential and help them out to succeed and achieve their goals.
