I am very satisfied with the services of ICERT GLOBAL The staff members are also very polite and helpful. I was approached by many institutes but I personally opted for ICERT GLOBAL because of Ankita. She explained me everything in details and was available round the clock to help me. I personally liked her kind and helpful nature. I had no issues during the training and for certification also. The trainer are also very experienced.

Taking feedback and aligning trainers. I had opted for online computer based training and had specific time requirements (moving around throughout the day and some times during nights and weekends). She ensured that the training were aligned as per my needs. The trainers were knowledgeable and were industry trained. So they had real life examples to relate to the concept. I am currently working as a release… I am currently working as a release manager and had completed ITIL intermediate only 1 module. I was really keen to achieve the ITIL Expert level certification. I was lucky to get a contact of ICERT from one of my colleague. Divya & Karthik has helped me through out and giving each single details well on time. Both are really professional and approachable in case you need any assistance. I wish them all the best and would definitely recommend others to reach out to them to do such certifications.

They will never respond to you and also they will not provide any service. I booked for a course in online, payment was successful but I didn’t got any confirmation. I tried contact them several times but no response.
