Excellent training. Excellent training. I attended ITIL Intermediate and ITIL Expert training from iCert Global. I can't thank enough Divya who coordinated through out the entire course. Taking feedback and aligning trainers. I had opted for online computer based training and had specific time requirements (moving around throughout the day and some times during nights and weekends). She ensured that the training were aligned as per my needs. The trainers were knowledgeable and were industry trained. So they had real life examples to relate to the concept. I was approached by many institutes but I personally opted for ICERT GLOBAL because of Ankita. She explained me everything in details and was available round the clock to help me. I personally liked her kind and helpful nature. I had no issues during the training and for certification also. The trainer are also very experienced.

PRINCE 2 Certification program This is a very good and smooth program; I believe ICert Global has a well-organized company for such kind of program. I also appreciate the schedule even if only two trainees register by this days, since this is a cost for the organizer (in my understanding). I thoroughly enjoy the program. Thank you! He did his professionals to teach the basic concept of PRINCE 2 and to ‘pass in the first attempt’.

Scam site For the past 3 years I have gotten non-stop spam from this company. Constant emails about "PMP Exam Bootcamp". None of the emails had the company name. After responding to one and pretending to be interested, I got through to a person and it was iCertGlobal. All these reviews are clearly generated and fake as well, most likely a scam site.

Beware of the Cons 1. They shared all the incorrect information about the session dates and gave me fake dates and conned me to pay the fees.. 2. Kept promising the class availability and finally told me there are no classes on the promised dates. 3. Lied about classes being full and cannot accommodate me for a class on the registered dates. Save yourselves from ICERT and register directly on Scrum Alliance. These guys are fraud and fake.
