Overall happy Only complaint was that it seemed they waited until the last minute to find an instructor for the course, which was the day after a Monday holiday... but they did get one at the 11th hour, and she was fantastic. Otherwise smooth process, POs and Invoices were timely, follow-up was regular.

Scam site For the past 3 years I have gotten non-stop spam from this company. Constant emails about "PMP Exam Bootcamp". None of the emails had the company name. After responding to one and pretending to be interested, I got through to a person and it was iCertGlobal. All these reviews are clearly generated and fake as well, most likely a scam site.

Enrolled for the Lean Six Sigma Green… Enrolled for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training live online session. The team was accomodating enough to start the class an hour late on the 2nd day, as per my request. The instructor was great! The practise test helped in understanding the type of questions asked in the exam. All in all it was a good experience!

I am currently working as a release… I am currently working as a release manager and had completed ITIL intermediate only 1 module. I was really keen to achieve the ITIL Expert level certification. I was lucky to get a contact of ICERT from one of my colleague. Divya & Karthik has helped me through out and giving each single details well on time. Both are really professional and approachable in case you need any assistance. I wish them all the best and would definitely recommend others to reach out to them to do such certifications.
