Lumiere has been an amazing research… Lumiere has been an amazing research experience. I have received a full ride and an amazing mentor to guide my research journey. I have learnt a lot through the program. They offered a lot of effective writing sessions and we're flexible with my schedule. I have loved the time I spend with Lumiere as I grew as a learner. They also are offering 3 credits from UC San Diego if you successfully complete the project. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone to apply to Lumiere!

Great Experience!! This whole experience involved a lot of hard work but it was really fun!! I learned a lot of things not only about conducting research but also about my field of interest- finances. I met a great mentor, a great writing coach and a great program manager. The whole community was really welcoming.

Amazing experience! I had a fantastic experience in Lumiere. I believe that what I liked most had to be the process of creating an article and learning each method to apply it in college or still in high school. The methods were well taught by experienced, patient, and brilliant mentors who guided with such mastery to provide an easy and less stressful journey for students, like myself. My incredible research journey as a complete beginner I joined the Lumiere Research Program having zero knowledge about research. As someone living in a developing country, I initially thought it was beyond my reach. However, thanks to the generous financial aid provided, I was given the opportunity to let my curiosity shine. With the support of a kind and excellent mentor, as well as a whole caring staff, Lumiere provided an experience that not only made me feel empowered and smarter, but also equipped me better for the world.
