ABOVE & BEYOND I love intelligent conversation about something that I love doing, training.. Mighty Millie always goes above and beyond and I feel like I've increased in knowledge about subject matter which I thought I always knew more about. I have actually called and asked for her before because I wanted to speak with her more than other reps. Very bad, don't try it. Very bad customer service, prices are not clear, they don't pay the duty fees, they didn't even mention that on their website like other websites which write "price + taxes". For more than one month now and still didn't get my order. I'm using the website since 2016 and made many orders without any problems in the past, but now after corona they are more than bad, it will be the last time ordering from this website. Don't try it and waste your time and money.

I've used bodybuilding.com on a number… I've used bodybuilding.com on a number of occasons and cen honestly say that the convenience of their services is 'meh' at best. They aren't outstanding but neither are they terrible. The layout of their webpage is passable, but unless you know exactly what it is you're looking for you can get lost quite easily. Prices are average, yet they don't have an absurdly large variety of items, so it's hit or miss depending on what you're after. Overall the expirience was satisfactory but nothing remarkable.

I was only contacting Millie for questions on how I could save a few dollars on a product. At first she gave me a polite answer and then when I we were done and I wasn’t able to save anymore, Millie went and sent me a $15 gift card to use on the site! Perfect example of great customer service!

Best Customer Service Reps in The Game!! I am a big fan of Bodybuilding.com and I love the creative way in which they advertise a promotion on their website that a particular supplement I am using is having a massive discount!!! Totally awesome when they do that! This company truly cares about it's customers and yes, they have among the very best in the CSR Game for sure!
