Nothing arrived and i was told customs had some problems so it has been returned(this was on fedex site) asked for refund but there is no customer service to talk to. Only a virtual assistant who will go in loops and loops only taking your email most of the time uk order number aren’t even found on their website. Thankfully I opened a case against them on paypal and they haven’t even responded to them yet ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS!

Mighty Millie always goes above and beyond and I feel like I've increased in knowledge about subject matter which I thought I always knew more about. I have actually called and asked for her before because I wanted to speak with her more than other reps. I returned the wrong products (signed return delivery) Bodybuildinghere.com say the received products. Still no refund - waiting since January 2023. Whole saga been going on since Aug 2022. Unbelievable

Not easy to close the account The process to close the account is not easy. They still rely on ancient email communication and manual processing. Guess that keep their userbase high (watch out investors). GDPR: The process to delete my user data data connected to their third party partners is thiresome. After some email with support you need to fill out an online form from a third party company with no obvious connection to this site. After becoming a customer, they send a LOT of email offers with no Unsubscribe button on the bottom. Other than that, I have no experience from their services :)
