It was a fair test for sure It was a fair test for sure. I completed it, yet would have benefited from an additional 10 minutes. My performance as it pertains to navigating the UI would have improved had I had my customizable workspace in place. Luckily I passed, and know what to expect going forward. Thank you.

Professionl and patient proctor The proctor was professional and very patient with me. Exam jitters can make the simplest task seem overwhelming. My proctor provided clear instructions with the perfect amount of humor.

Terrible Service- Go with a different proctor service Very rude proctoring experience. I highly suggest going to another proctor company. The provided little information before the exam and then after exam was finished I received no instruction about scores or if I had to stay on zoom. I stayed on zoom for an extra 20 minutes because I didn't know what to do. Another person that was not my original proctor came on and was extremely rude. She asked me why I was still on zoom and I told her because I had not received any other instructions. She yelled at me via zoom. I asked her where get certified america was located and she responded with: The cloud and rudely hung up on me as I was asking her questions about my scores. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!

Feedback Feedback bad experience of having test with this program, I couldn't load the program during test on my two test attempts. my computer was update and good quality but still the program didn't run smoothly

Process was well organized Process was well organized. Proctor wasn't very patience. Once the test started every single click was delayed by few seconds. very convenient for people who committed to something but eager to update skills.
