GBTerrible Service- Go with a different proctor service Very rude proctoring experience. I highly suggest going to another proctor company. The provided little information before the exam and then after exam was finished I received no instruction about scores or if I had to stay on zoom. I stayed on zoom for an extra 20 minutes because I didn't know what to do. Another person that was not my original proctor came on and was extremely rude. She asked me why I was still on zoom and I told her because I had not received any other instructions. She yelled at me via zoom. I asked her where get certified america was located and she responded with: The cloud and rudely hung up on me as I was asking her questions about my scores. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!

GBConvenient It was very convenient because I was able to take my test at home. The proctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. That took away a lot of the stress of taking a test. The test was really difficult but everything went smooth.
