All around great experience! The process of scheduling, paying and taking the text was simple. Instructions were clear and concise allowing me to focus on the study material vs the worry of testing. All questions I had before the test were awnsered by an actual human over the phone with zero hold time.

Was not informed Was not informed that I needed to use a good size monitor to take the exam nor that I was supposed to navigate/use the AutoCAD software to answer the questions. I did not have a mouse and just used my small laptop so almost impossible to navigate and to switch from the actual exam pages end the software. I needed more time so I failed, ofcourse.

Works great and affordable If it's easier for you to use a proctor outside of your school this is a super easy and affordable option. I purchased the package that includes the practice exams so I could brush up for a few weeks before taking the exam. I did have to remind them to send me the practice exam login but other than that everything went smoothly. Overall, the cost was lower than buying the exam/prep tests seperately.

Process was well organized Process was well organized. Proctor wasn't very patience. Once the test started every single click was delayed by few seconds. very convenient for people who committed to something but eager to update skills.

Terrible Service- Go with a different proctor service Very rude proctoring experience. I highly suggest going to another proctor company. The provided little information before the exam and then after exam was finished I received no instruction about scores or if I had to stay on zoom. I stayed on zoom for an extra 20 minutes because I didn't know what to do. Another person that was not my original proctor came on and was extremely rude. She asked me why I was still on zoom and I told her because I had not received any other instructions. She yelled at me via zoom. I asked her where get certified america was located and she responded with: The cloud and rudely hung up on me as I was asking her questions about my scores. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!
