CAThe proctor was really nice The proctor was really nice and helpful. One thing to be noted, the exam was disrupted during the exam. When suddenly the exam get disrupted, a feeling of fear/nervousness hits the exam candidate. And the software was quite slow, it was little uncomfortable to use the curser. Otherwise everything was good.

GBWas not informed Was not informed that I needed to use a good size monitor to take the exam nor that I was supposed to navigate/use the AutoCAD software to answer the questions. I did not have a mouse and just used my small laptop so almost impossible to navigate and to switch from the actual exam pages end the software. I needed more time so I failed, ofcourse.

GBTerrible Service- Go with a different proctor service Very rude proctoring experience. I highly suggest going to another proctor company. The provided little information before the exam and then after exam was finished I received no instruction about scores or if I had to stay on zoom. I stayed on zoom for an extra 20 minutes because I didn't know what to do. Another person that was not my original proctor came on and was extremely rude. She asked me why I was still on zoom and I told her because I had not received any other instructions. She yelled at me via zoom. I asked her where get certified america was located and she responded with: The cloud and rudely hung up on me as I was asking her questions about my scores. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!
