GBTerrible Service- Go with a different proctor service Very rude proctoring experience. I highly suggest going to another proctor company. The provided little information before the exam and then after exam was finished I received no instruction about scores or if I had to stay on zoom. I stayed on zoom for an extra 20 minutes because I didn't know what to do. Another person that was not my original proctor came on and was extremely rude. She asked me why I was still on zoom and I told her because I had not received any other instructions. She yelled at me via zoom. I asked her where get certified america was located and she responded with: The cloud and rudely hung up on me as I was asking her questions about my scores. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!

GBIt was a fair test for sure It was a fair test for sure. I completed it, yet would have benefited from an additional 10 minutes. My performance as it pertains to navigating the UI would have improved had I had my customizable workspace in place. Luckily I passed, and know what to expect going forward. Thank you.

GBI took the Excel exam I took the Excel exam, it worked exactly as the pre-exam video described and I was glad of the resource so I knew what to expect when I opened the exam. Proctor was professional, but still said good luck etc which was nice as I was nervous.
