GBOnline Experience's I think that it's important to give credit where credit is due. When I ordered my daughters cap and gown it was so easy, so fast, not complicated at all. Was very easy as well as long as you follow the steps you can get in there order what you need to and get out. The best part about ordering with this company is that from the day we ordered Which was the 1st of January 2024, we got it exactly 7 days later which was on January 8th 2024. How wonderful is that when you can get something you ordered that quick! It came in very nice packaging, nothing wrong with it, nicely put together inside of the package, just overall a wonderful experience when it comes to shopping online!

GBI ordered the wrong sized gown I ordered the wrong sized gown. The company rapidly responded to my quandary and allowed an exchange. I am now waiting for the exchange to become complete. I am confident this company will come thru well.
