The first two companies that were contacted work absolutely horrible. Their customer service representative was rude, demeaning, and appeared to be uninterested. Company is violating the law Called to get a quote on an interlock. Was told it would be $138 a month plus tax, plus monthly recalibration fees. When I informed them that TN law states that no provider may charge more than $125 TOTAL including recalibration, they said "that's the price". Will be reporting them to the TN Dept of Homeland Security and Attorney General to have their license to operate in TN revoked.
