Stay away! Had the device, a Drager BAIID, installed November of 2022. Shortly after it was installed the device would read please wait for sometimes up to thirty minutes before it was ready to test. Road Guard said it was a battery problem. Battery was replaced when the device was installed. Finally it was determined the battery in their device was the problem and they swapped out the device. Fast forward to this November and started having problems again. Now the first random test after starting won't register on the device. Device keeps saying repeat test until a violation timeout. I'm testing, just not registering with the device. This has happened 3 times now since my November callibration. Technician says he can't find anything wrong. Called Road Guard and they said an area manager would contact me concerning the issue. It's been 3 weeks since he was contacted about this and I'm still waiting for his call. Been using the device for a year. I didn't suddenly forget how to provide to test sample after a year. I'm down close to $500 in less than a month getting this device serviced do to lockouts and they're doing nothing to help. Don't think I'm ever going to hear from the area manager, my installer can't even reach him. I'll be contacting the secretary of state with my complaint and the BBB as well. Device was great when it worked. Getting any results from device problems has been terrible from day one.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! STAY AWAY First time in my life. Ever getting this device installed in my car? Horrible mistake! The machine starts acting up a month or so. After you install it they start charging you ridiculous fees that have nothing to do with alcohol. It's their device. They give you the runarounds any phone number for the device that they never answer the phone or call you back. It's a joke! The machine takes forever to warm up and after testing about 10 times it will fail you! It violates you for no reason! I realize the device is rigged and they are controlling it! When I first test in the morning how the hell I passed the test like always and when you retest in 5 minutes fail while you're driving doesn't make any sense! They can go play their mother f*** them! That fraudulent company needs to be shut down ASAP! Lucky for me. My husband drives me around and I never had a DUI! Removing the device does not do anything to you. They lie. Telling you you need the device and you don't! I ended up selling my car and just letting my husband drive me around for now. Have my license back and no time! Scam ARTISTS shame on you ! It only took me a few months to see if they were fraudulent. Thank God I did my research and didn't need no device the whole time! Shady guy named Mike tech out in Doylestown, rude and yells at you when you want to remove your device. Ignorant! He should go straight to hell with the fraudulent company!

Brenda was awesome Brenda was a fantastic person to speak to you today. The list provided by Dallas County had RoadGuard listed as the third company. The first two companies that were contacted work absolutely horrible. Their customer service representative was rude, demeaning, and appeared to be uninterested. Miss Brenda was polite, informative, and a pleasure to speak with.
