GBMarked improvement in low back symptoms I attribute to the suit I have used the suit consistently over the past four months, which has led to a gradual increase in my core and lower back strength. During this same time frame, I have noticed a decrease in the recurrence and severity of low back spasms. I look forward to continuing this positive trajectory, in which the suit is playing a prominent role.

HKUntrustworthy.... As an avid biohacker, I was so keen to invest in this product. Sounds like a dream come true. Effective workouts in minimal time! I didn't even care about the hefty price tag, especially when I saw they had touted numerous positive 5 star Trustpilot reviews. So it was to my utter disbelief that when I cross checked here (circa Nov 2023) I found no reviews whatsoever. I wrote to Katalyst to ask for an explanation and the only one they had to offer was that they were building their own customer-based review platform. (Of which nobody wants, because we're all looking for third party unbiased reviews! ) There may be, there may not be a heap of science to back their product, but they have forsaken the simple yet powerful trait of integrity. As inviting as the fascade seems, just too big a price tag and too big a question mark for me to move forward with.

GBKatalyst fits my busy schedule Due to my schedule (work, kids, life), I don't have time to go to the gym or trainer any more. I run on my own, but I'm missing the strength component. Katalyst allows me to get a solid workout on my schedule. The variety of work outs keeps it fresh and it's an efficient workout that fits into my busy day. I've even started to take it on my work trips.

GBPros and Cons Pros: The suit itself is great and well built. The 20-30 minute workouts are solid. Cons: having to "get it wet" before every session - takes a about 10 minutes and you start out your workout damp/wet and a little cold. Not a great start. secondly, the intensity goes from a moderate contraction to full blown "cramp". And I am an 18 time marathoner, 15 of those sub 3 hours and can deadlift 415 for reps and squat 315 for the same. I have buyers remorse because it's so damn expensive and a pain to setup when driving to the gym is actually easier and a better workout.
