GBSpectacular! The Katalyst system nothing but spectacular! Everything from the physical suit, the technology, the customer support, the frequent updates, and the instructors, this is a top-notch product. Workouts leave you exhausted (in a 'workout good way'!), but craving the next one! There is so much variety within Katalyst that you don't get bored as each workout has its own twists and specialties. Great job!

GB2 years of Katalyst and never looked and felt better I decided to invest in Katalyst after turning 40 and starting to feel random aches and pains around my body, particularly in my lower back which my mom has had chronic issues with. Almost two years later and I have never been stronger, leaner, and my lower back pain is totally gone. I'm more fit than I was in my twentites, and I've always been physical and in shape. I'll sometimes take weeks off, but that doesnt seem to negatively impact the foundation I've built with consistent, long-term use. Cannot recommend it enough.

GBKatalyst has been a godsend Katalyst has been a godsend. All my life I have been physically active and worked out. For years I was an aerobics instructor. I inherited scoliosis and osteoarthritis, but they were not severe enough to slow me down. Then in my late 50s all that changed. Almost overnight my scoliosis worsened, and I needed a hip replacement due to the arthritis. Unfortunately, my scoliosis did not play nice with my new hip and over the course of a year it dislocated three times and ultimately, I had to have it replaced with one that was less susceptible to dislocation. Due to my numerous recoveries and doctor-ordered movement restrictions of my leg, conventional methods of working out were not an option. Fortunately, I purchased a Katalyst suit before the hip replacement. The only way for me to stay in shape and keep my leg from totally wasting away was to use my Katalyst suit. Only a few days after a dislocation, I was able to work out by modifying some of the leg movements. To this day my scoliosis, hip and arthritis prevent me from doing any type of resistance training. I don’t think I am at a disadvantage though, because of my Katalyst suit. Everyone with movement restrictions or recovering from an injury should definitely buy a Katalyst suit. I would also add that through all this the folks at Katalyst have been a joy to work with. In the beginning they worked with me to find a suite that fit me best

GBPros and Cons Pros: The suit itself is great and well built. The 20-30 minute workouts are solid. Cons: having to "get it wet" before every session - takes a about 10 minutes and you start out your workout damp/wet and a little cold. Not a great start. secondly, the intensity goes from a moderate contraction to full blown "cramp". And I am an 18 time marathoner, 15 of those sub 3 hours and can deadlift 415 for reps and squat 315 for the same. I have buyers remorse because it's so damn expensive and a pain to setup when driving to the gym is actually easier and a better workout.

GBMarked improvement in low back symptoms I attribute to the suit I have used the suit consistently over the past four months, which has led to a gradual increase in my core and lower back strength. During this same time frame, I have noticed a decrease in the recurrence and severity of low back spasms. I look forward to continuing this positive trajectory, in which the suit is playing a prominent role.
