We now know where the Bosch parts ate James was exceptionally helpful he has a way of explaining technical terms in everyday lay man’s language he finds time that gives the impression you are his only customer of the day. This of course is not the case. Again Jame well done

Helpful and Excellent Service I needed a part for a Borsch Power Washer and a phone call to Spare Tool Parts quickly sorted the item required as there were a number of options. Unfortunately it was out of stock but was sent by fast delivery as soon as it became available. Communication was excellent.

Great Customer Service - Highly Recommend I reached out to James for a small plastic part that had broken on our Makita router and with a bit of back and forth we finally managed to identify the pesky part.
