Problem on line I was having trouble trying to by an item i needed online but something went wrong so i phoned and spoke with a chap called James Duffin how was very helpful. First he checked to see if my original on line order went through he said it hadn't great, then he asked what i was trying to buy i told him what i wanted and he done the rest. We now know where the Bosch parts ate James was exceptionally helpful he has a way of explaining technical terms in everyday lay man’s language he finds time that gives the impression you are his only customer of the day. This of course is not the case. Again Jame well done

Great Customer Service - Highly Recommend I reached out to James for a small plastic part that had broken on our Makita router and with a bit of back and forth we finally managed to identify the pesky part. Really grateful he didn't give up on the task being that it is a low cost item, because without it, the router is pretty mush no use at all, so very much appreciated Thanks again James!

Friendly, fast and helpful. James was very helpful and friendly, even answering the phone cheerfully at closing time. I had to make an addition to my order, having been advised that the part would take 5 to 10 days to arrive with them from the manufacturer.
