James communication with me went on untill half 10 at night to ensure all was well. Thats what I call dedication. Nice easy transaction...just as it should be. GBGreat Customer Service - Highly Recommend I reached out to James for a small plastic part that had broken on our Makita router and with a bit of back and forth we finally managed to identify the pesky part. Really grateful he didn't give up on the task being that it is a low cost item, because without it, the router is pretty mush no use at all, so very much appreciated Thanks again James!

GBHelpful and Excellent Service I needed a part for a Borsch Power Washer and a phone call to Spare Tool Parts quickly sorted the item required as there were a number of options. Unfortunately it was out of stock but was sent by fast delivery as soon as it became available. Communication was excellent.
