Faith was very apologetic and got me a bit of a discount on the shipping. Ordered the Kennedy 4 drawer unit Ordered the Kennedy 4 drawer unit, unfortunately it arrived with shipping damage, spoke with Ryan and they filed a claim with the shipper and shipped another one. When that arrived it to was damaged. Thanks to Ryan and his team a third one was sent through a different carrier and received it damage free. The customer commitment is outstanding. Ryan kept in contact with me and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I now have a great product and a great experience dealing with the frustration of receiving two shipment damaged boxes.
