4 months for a small equipment order. Wish they would have told me up front! I ordered a lift on Nov. 13, with no info after a month, and no reply to emails, I called in December and was told the item would ship by January 21. Just called 1/25/24 to be told it's on a second backorder and should (maybe?) be available sometime in March. It looks as though people have a hard time getting refunds. I don't know if I should cancel and order elsewhere or hope it eventually will arrive.

Faith was very apologetic and got me a bit of a discount on the shipping. Fast Shipping and Easy to Deal With Ordered my christmas present for my son, I was worried b/c it was a few days before Christmas and i thought he wouldn't receive it.
