GBMoney grab Customer Representative Was excellent I ordered and paid for my item including shipping cost. Then get a call from service rep that shipping will cost additional 140 dolloars. No money no ship no other optionss given. Job was scheduled around deliver of item. It would have cost more money to delay shipping than pay what was asked. Tool fetch had me in a position where i had no choice than to pay black mail amount. NOT HAPPY

GBExcellent service all around While working online placing an order I had a question regarding the product I was ordering. I ended up calling Customer Service, she was very helpful and kind. My order was placed, and within 3 days I received my order. Fast service!!!

GBIn speaking with the customer service⦠In speaking with the customer service rep, I was very happy to find that I could save on shipping by picking the item up at the manufacturer who is located close to us. The item was ready to pick up relatively quickly. Toolfetch was very helpful in making this happen.

GBI went to put a 4ft ladder in my cart I went to put a 4ft ladder in my cart, when I put in my zip code it came back with $184...the ladder was only $120??? The math doesn't add up. I decided to read some of the reviews and made the decision to not order anything from this company..seems to risky...I think they are possibly not carrying any inventory and they are drop shipping everything on there site which would explain the delayed shipping times and high shipping cost..buyers beware
