EIO Purchases I'm very happy with my purchases from EIO. EIO provides free shipping, good prices, authentic products. Most importantly, the customer services response timely with honest information. I will purchase from EIO again.

Scam My order took two months to arrive. I've ordered tools from Europe before and it's never taken this long for something to be delivered. Upon arrival, they failed to deliver 3/5 of what I ordered. I will not be purchasing anything from this "merchant", Conman, again. Edit I won my PayPal dispute against these swindlers. Buy here at your own risk. At least use PayPal if you do so.

Great product - Wished for more open communication I purchased a server chassis that has been very hard to find over the course of several months and was skeptical to purchase form EIO given the type of product in comparison to the hand tools and supplies advertised. However the product arrived roughly 3.5 weeks since purchase and is exactly as expected. The only wish that I could have was more communication on the status of the order including any delays. The product showed as shipped 1 week after purchase but was delayed without notification unless requested for comment. The product wouldn't really leave a warehouse and make its way to my doorstep for an addition 2 weeks. But I cannot complain too much as I'm overjoyed this chassis was delivered and in excellent packaging and condition. Thank you EIO.

Fix your site to include when items are on back order The price was right for the Koken tools I bought and I appreciated how quick customer service got back to me, but my main issue has to do with the site. Both of the tools I ordered were on back order and it wasn't listed on the site as on back order. When I was told they were on back order, I offered to switch my purchase to a Koken ratchet on the site, but they also said that too...was on back order.

Great Customer Service! Great Customer Service! I have been doing business with EIO for years now and I always come back and do business with them each year! They are very honest, and easy to talk to - a special shout out to Eswin Ponce. Eswin is very helpful and tries really hard to find ways that is very reasonable for his customers especially to his repeat clients such as myself. I highly recommend EIO for any electronic supplies that your company, schools, etc need.
