They had the item I wanted and were… They had the item I wanted and were even able to change the delivery location when we realized the time it would take. The item arrived as promised and even though the USPS tracking information is confusing and not always accurate, the item arrived on time!! The EIO customer service was top notch!

Slow in the shipping department Quickly delivery once it shipped, even though it took a month for it to ship. I assume it had something to do with the possibility of no stock of the item at the time the order was placed. However, there was no communication from the company about it; but once I contacted them about it they did ship it out as a reply.

I recently purchased a Knipex Plier… I recently purchased a Knipex Plier Wrench through EIO. This was my first purchase experience with EIO, and I was pleased with their online user experience, their pricing, and their timely shipping of the product. I will definitely consider EIO again when future purchases are needed.

Scam My order took two months to arrive. I've ordered tools from Europe before and it's never taken this long for something to be delivered. Upon arrival, they failed to deliver 3/5 of what I ordered. I will not be purchasing anything from this "merchant", Conman, again. Edit I won my PayPal dispute against these swindlers. Buy here at your own risk. At least use PayPal if you do so.
