Very convenient for online purchases, recommend for the diaspora community I made an online purchase of some tiles but encountered some problems with the pricing. The staff in store was very helpful and we managed to resolve the issue. Special mention to the marketing team who identified the glitch in the system and assisted the floor management. I also got some building material in store and I commend them for the variety and quality. If you need to purchase building material of great quality without the hustle of delegating to someone, the website is easy to use and your products will be as they are online.

Once my order was ready for collection, I received a whats app message. I also received another once my order was collected by the person I nominated. There is an option to pay online or in store after placing the order, I paid in store since this was my first time to order online. Delivery service will be awesome, please look into it. The online process was easy, but could be better The online process was easy. but in the store some stuff when presented with a printed copy of the order, were not aware of how the process works. Staff had to reenter the order. This affects efficiency.
