Love the Magnum silver tiles, however, collection is riddled with delays Love the Magnum silver tiles, hands down one of the best tiles l'v seen and l believe Union Hardware are the only ones that stock them. What l did not like is the inefficiency of click and collect. I expected to collect the tiles the following day after purchase, however my representative was informed he couldn't collect as payment from DPO was not reflecting on their system. Interestingly I had also purchased products from a competing retailer a stones throw from Union Pomona and they also use DPO for payments, and what l found is their click and collect service is more efficient and the products were collected hassle free on the very day of purchase. I think Union Hardware need to improve their online processes further because e-commerce is about efficiency and l don't really want to wait 2 days to collect a product that l have paid for.
