Very fast response time I received my… Very fast response time I received my order within a couple of days. I performed the fix and unfortunately it did not fix the problem but it wasn't the fault of the product I didn't have enough material to complete the task. I ordered another kit and did the repair and two days after completion we had a major rain storm and not a drop of water. Great product and great company.

Wish all companies were like them!! I have purchased hundred of tools in my 40+ years in construction. Some of which left a bad taste in my mouth with the service I received. Now retired and building the shop I always wanted it is a extreme pleasure dealing with the staff of Fastoolnow. Having read a few reviews that others have posted it seams like the is the normal for this company! They’re my go to place for tools and support.
