Hard to find Forstner bits Thanks for your prompt shipment of 14 Famag classic Forstner bits, these are not easy to find in the US because of their quality, size (my order was for bits only over one inch) and cost. The purchase went off without a hitch.

But the speed in which he was able to find the items, get me the proper information and item codes I needed was over the top. I did not end up being to use the equipment he got for me but not because of anything he did ... that was on me. It was unfortunate but it allowed me to experience their return and credit process. I performed the fix and unfortunately it did not fix the problem but it wasn't the fault of the product I didn't have enough material to complete the task. I ordered another kit and did the repair and two days after completion we had a major rain storm and not a drop of water. Great product and great company.
