Rikon Bandsaw base bent but Fastool to the Rescuee I puchased a Rikon 10" bandsaw from FastoolNow which shipped very quickly. When the happy day came I excitedly unpacked the new bandsaw only to find the base was severely bent. I contacted FastoolNow folks and they quickly verified the damage with my help and told me they would send a replacement. I can't say how nice it was to deal with customer friendly people like Nate and others, I got a UPS RMA label, they inspected my replacement before shipping and it arrived again very quickly. Still waiting to hear back from them... I've been a client of fastoolnow for quite a few years, I mainly buy supplies for my business and everything has always been smooth but this last order did not arrive correctly and received less than I ordered. Tried contacting them to sort out the issue but they I haven't heard back from there.
