The attention Nate at Fastool gave to making sure he knew what I was looking for was impressive on its own. But the speed in which he was able to find the items, get me the proper information and item codes I needed was over the top. I did not end up being to use the equipment he got for me but not because of anything he did ... that was on me. It was unfortunate but it allowed me to experience their return and credit process.
