Great service Great service, great turnaround

You took my order and then advised me… You took my order and then advised me that you were out of stock at the time and asked if I wanted to wait for shipment or cancel. I opted to wait and product was shipped sooner than expected, all pieces as ordered and in very substantial packaging. Except they were the wrong color. I needed white and I assumed that is how they came. I called the company and spoke to a representative who explained they dont come in white, good answer, I said thanks and guess I will have these powered coated locally. No problem for me, I appreciated the factual info I received from the company.

Emergency Need / Awesome Service Given We were in a situation where one of our secure buildings needed replacement electronic locks immediately due to a flood in our area. The manufacture quoted us 5 weeks for delivery. This company understood our need and found locks for us a few hours later. They shipped to us the same day and we had the critical parts coast to coast in 27 hours from the first call to them. Very impressive customer service and friendly, good prices too. Highest recommendation possible!
