I needed 1 barn door track I needed 1 barn door track. I was charged for 3.It has taken multiple calls to get money credited back to my account.Customer service was terrible. One women never even responded back as she said she would. This looks like company ready to fold and screw as many customers as possible.I have been a builder for 45 years and this company one of the worst ever!!

I have used Rustica on many projects… I have used Rustica on many projects and been very happy with all of them. My only critic would be that they add matching screws to your specialty hardware orders, otherwise from custom sized rails to fancy hardware in very cool finishes, they have all come out very nice!

Disappointed The hardware I ordered was deemed "cheap and flimsey" by my contractor. The track metal arrived bent and the system itself wasnt as sleek looking as in the photos. If you are ordering a standard track maybe its ok. But the system they had to install a longer track ( overlap and screws sticking out) was really an eye sore. I returned all but the door hangers and while customer service was helpful, i was surprised at how much i had to eat in restocking fees. Because my job needed to be finished right away, i had a metal worker make me a much better and cleaner designed track in one day. Money and time wasted.

Safety Hazard I spoke with multiple Rustica agents before custom building an office to fit their corner barn door system. I spent a significant amount of time on the phone with these agents to ensure that all the details were worked out. After installing the hardware and doors we found multiple issues with the design of the product and hardware, that prevent it from working properly. After going back and forth with customer service representatives for SIX months, the company finally determined that they sold me a system that does not work and is a SAFETY HAZARD. They told me (in writing and over the phone) that I would be issued a full refund. It has been a month since that occurred. I have contacted them FOUR separate times in the past month, asking about my refund and have not received a response. Do not do business with this company. Their products are over priced and do not work as advertised.

Steer Clear We would advise anyone considering this company to steer clear. We purchased a $7500 exterior door from them. The door is split from top to bottom and you can literally see outside. Great for an exterior door! Installed under a completely covered porch. We've contacted the company several times only to be ignored. We are proceeding with court action.
