Never going there again It took over over one hour for our food to arrive. But the food was still decent. The portion sizes are appalling. The bathrooms look like they haven't been attended to ever. My daughter got 6 chips with her meal. I will not be going there again. I rated it a 1 star because there wasn't an option for 0.

BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!!! They created a duplicate order, charged me twice for the same order and even though their customer service representative IN WRITING said "Yes I do agree with you, this was clearly unintentional.", they want ME TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING or "USE IT ELSEWHERE". THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! Now my emails go unanswered and they have almost an additional $700 of my money. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I have used Rustica on many projects… I have used Rustica on many projects and been very happy with all of them. My only critic would be that they add matching screws to your specialty hardware orders, otherwise from custom sized rails to fancy hardware in very cool finishes, they have all come out very nice!

Steer Clear We would advise anyone considering this company to steer clear. We purchased a $7500 exterior door from them. The door is split from top to bottom and you can literally see outside. Great for an exterior door! Installed under a completely covered porch. We've contacted the company several times only to be ignored. We are proceeding with court action.

Terrible product, poor customer service. A total scam. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their products are inferior despite charging premium prices. Bought barn doors that arrived full of defects and was told it was my own fault because I chose the wrong wood and I should have expected knots and grains to be visible. Visible is one thing, these look like scratches all over the door. My contractor said he has never seen anything like the workmanship in his 20 years of installing doors. Their proposed resolution was that I incur a further cost of $700 to ship them back for a replacement or take a refund of $220 (on a $4500 order) - apparently they already gave me a 15% discount when I placed the order during a Labor Day sale so this counts as a 20% refund total. What an absolute scam!! DO NOT BUY DOORS FROM THIS COMPANY!
