I have used Rustica on many projects… I have used Rustica on many projects and been very happy with all of them. My only critic would be that they add matching screws to your specialty hardware orders, otherwise from custom sized rails to fancy hardware in very cool finishes, they have all come out very nice!

Besides awful customer service at purchase a year later thousands of dollars door is just flaking paint off I left a bad review last year when we got a damaged door and they refused to help us properly. Now a year later a door that's over $2000 isn't even properly coated and paint is just chipping off. This company needs to close they are stealing people's money.

Ordered custom pre-hung door Ordered custom pre-hung door. Paid a premium price expecting premium product. Door arrived in non watertight crating. Door and frame were wet but not ruined. Door had imperfections in paint finish and sloppy caulking. CSR said imperfections were expected and asked us to get a written quote from our contractor to fix the leaked caulk. No contractor will write something like that up. After taking a defensive posture (what not to do - CSR 101), they ultimately offered us a 10% discount on the door. No thanks. Fix your operation or quit promising 100% satisfaction if you cant deliver.

Bypass Barn Door Track & Hardware Product quality great & heavy duty. Only dissatisfaction: Forgot to include installation instructions for contractor & had to download 12 pages. Contractor added rubber bumper to the end of the track to decrease noise.Otherwise perfect....the results Fabulous....these doors are going nowhere which is good thing cause my glass shower would be done...

Doors are 3D printed and are not solid… Doors are 3D printed and are not solid wood. They do not stand behind their products if something is wrong, which is crazy because they are way overpriced!
