GBBought a door March 2020 Bought a door March 2020. It has been installed for over a year and when it rains the door leaks horribly. We have had smaller issues that I have reached out to rustica and they offer no help and take weeks to even respond. I paid several thousand for a custom door and have had nothing but issues with finish peeling off, missing pieces upon arrival, and poor customer service. I would NOT recommend doing business with Rustica!!

GBTerrible product, poor customer service. A total scam. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their products are inferior despite charging premium prices. Bought barn doors that arrived full of defects and was told it was my own fault because I chose the wrong wood and I should have expected knots and grains to be visible. Visible is one thing, these look like scratches all over the door. My contractor said he has never seen anything like the workmanship in his 20 years of installing doors. Their proposed resolution was that I incur a further cost of $700 to ship them back for a replacement or take a refund of $220 (on a $4500 order) - apparently they already gave me a 15% discount when I placed the order during a Labor Day sale so this counts as a 20% refund total. What an absolute scam!! DO NOT BUY DOORS FROM THIS COMPANY!

GBNever going there again It took over over one hour for our food to arrive. But the food was still decent. The portion sizes are appalling. The bathrooms look like they haven't been attended to ever. My daughter got 6 chips with her meal. I will not be going there again. I rated it a 1 star because there wasn't an option for 0.

GBBypass Barn Door Track & Hardware Product quality great & heavy duty. Only dissatisfaction: Forgot to include installation instructions for contractor & had to download 12 pages. Contractor added rubber bumper to the end of the track to decrease noise.Otherwise perfect....the results Fabulous....these doors are going nowhere which is good thing cause my glass shower would be done...

GBDoors are 3D printed and are not solid… Doors are 3D printed and are not solid wood. They do not stand behind their products if something is wrong, which is crazy because they are way overpriced!
