We ordered the hip ortho support brace… We ordered the hip ortho support brace for our 14 year old poodle with hip issues. The company was great. They called after I ordered to clarify the size of my dog since I had mistakenly inputted the wrong weight. My dog still has issues but the brace provides support to his back legs and makes it easier for him to walk on wood floors, with less slippage. He appears to like it and will wear it the entire day. The people at Ortho dog have work with… The people at Ortho dog have work with me even though I had a rough start trying to get the knee brace going they have done everything in their power to make my issues correct I can mend them for trying and time will tell if everything works out and even if it doesn't they are great company to do business with

I am so pleased with the customer… I am so pleased with the customer service here . I have only had a couple days use of the brace for my dogs torn acl but when I finely got it on properly, she just seemed so excited and happy and trying to bounce all over the place. This company was most helpful and I am very grateful to have found them . I will give them 5 stars now because the service I got was amazing! It was a little difficult to get to fit at first but once I did, so far, so good! Very please and next will be for her hip dysplasia

I ordered the OrthoDog Harness for my… I ordered the OrthoDog Harness for my elderly Shepherd with hip problems. Within a few hours of wearing the harness, once we took it off of her, she was completely immobile. Please beware! This harness doesn't work. And on top of that, they don't let you return the items once purchased---they're using the COVID excuse (i.e. cleanliness and such), however, it's just a way for them not to refund your money for a faulty item. I wish I had never put this on my dog. Please BEWARE! Instead of these hoax fixes, go see a vet a seek an effective treatment option for your dog.

Life Saver! I have 12 1/2 year old labrodoodle who was diagnosed with hip displacia last spring. I ordered a ortho hip brace form this company. I was amazed at thw next day arrival of my orthodic brace for my dog. I applied it immediately. It is amazing! It has given my dog a stable gate and mire stablilty when walking, playing and usi g the steps. It is easy to apply, easy to wash, and very inexpensive. My dog is. Ot eligable for hip surgery so this orthodog hip brace literally saved his life!
