IEI have a m18chpx I have a m18chpx, rotary hammer drill and kango,, it's almost 2 years old but is very rarely used , is kept boxed in the van and only used when something's wrong with our corded machine . In the time I've had it it wouldn't have 5 hours working time on it as can be seen by it's condition which is like new . It has already been in for repair only a couple of months after purchase for the same problem it has now again , cannot change between modes , switch will not move . If I had used this machine there may be some excuse for the failures but to be honest this is ridiculous . I have over 5000 euro worth of Milwaukee tools and this is putting me off buying them again . I could not recommend them to anyone .

CAMilwaukee customer service the best Milwaukee tools are not the least expensive. But I am continually reminded of why I prefer them. Always happy with the performance. However the customer service experience I had recently was top notch. They went more than beyond what I expected. Not only found the replacement saw guide for me but sent it quickly as well as a cap and measure tape for my loyalty. Milwaukee is Fantastic I. My books!!!!

CADO NOT BUY FOR ACCURACY I am a Milwaukee guy. My whole shop is Milwaukee, so when I needed a mitre saw, it was an easy choice. Wrong. The 12" mitre saw (6955-20) may be powerful, but that's it. Had difficulty from the beginning with binding and cuts that weren't straight. As in , there are steps along a 6" cut. Finding that the fence was bent, I was sent a new one hoping this would solve my issues. With this, the binding stopped but still had an uneven cuts. Called customer service and 20 year Milwaukee technician and heard from 3 different people that this is NOT a finish saw. This saw is only good for rough carpentry. Wish I would have known this before spending $575. I see now why it has been decreasing in price over the past year. Do not buy this if looking for accuracy, words straight from Milwaukees technicians. Then was told by them to purchase a DeWalt or Bosch and that was the best they could do. Blown away.

GBI am not happy I have a shelf of milcrappy tools Owned this for about two years, only used at home for basic repairs and in my basement wood shop. I was using a 3.5” hole saw on drill mode when things went bad. The chuck and the gearbox self destructed. Chuck still attached to the bit and odds and ends all over the workbench. I found all the pieces and sent it in to Milwaukee for repair. Repair was denied saying: gears- broken off, chuck-broken off, drill-poor condition. This drill was in mint condition, and no way it should have broke. Received email from Milwaukee, just like every 1 star review gets. “ Thank you for leaving a review on your M18 FUEL™ ½” Hammer Drill/Driver. Our team would like to gain more insight and assist. We will be in contact shortly! - Milwaukee Tool Social Team” I have not been contacted by customer service once regarding this issue. They send this email out so it looks as if they are going to help resolve the issue.

GBCheap Junk Milwaukee combi drill went wrong after minimal DIY use. Cheap junk. Customer service appalling. Fixed it myself in the end as was outside one year warranty. How can a "proffesional use tool" only have a one year warranty. How does a tool magically gain another 2 years reliability just by registering it online? My advice is buy Makita. You can use it day in day out on site work with zero failures.
