Useless customer service and service center Until they do something with their customer service hours and service center turn around time, its better to spend the extra few bucks and get high quality brand. Warranties are as good as garbage. 2:30pm PST and their customer service center is closed.

Their customer service is abysmal Their customer service is abysmal. I purchased new,a portable compact band saw kit with two batteries. Right out of the box,one battery was bad as it would not take charge. Needless to say,after jumping through all their hoops just return this thing,they denied the warranty. Their reason was "Battery out of warranty" 12/28/23, am updating this review as customer service apparently had warranty division revisit my situation as I just received a new replacement battery. It is much appreciated, but it's just tiring to have fight for something like battery warranty with a corporation as big as Milwaukee.

over priced garbage I have had 2 tools break on me within a few weeks of each other. the electric ratchet cant handle much torque, and snapped a part inside. customer service never replied to my email with it being 1 week WITHIN the 1 year warranty, convenient. Also, the battery charger shorted out on its own one day, being in a metal fabrication shop, it seemingly can't handle metal debris. These tools are meant for clean garages that aren't used very much. These tools are too expensive, and overpriced garbage

Extremely disappointed in the sewer… Extremely disappointed in the sewer camera. Spent 7,000 on this unit, didn't hold up, they wont cover it after 90 days. They used to be a great company to deal with. Id still recommend the power tool. For me im moving to rigid cameras. These are junk. Even the Tech support person told me they are junk and nothing he can do. Moving forward Rigid will get my business on all sewer cleaning equipment. Will never recommend anything sewer pipeline related again. Now i have $7,000.00 paperweight.

Very bad experience Very bad experience, my order did not come and my tracking number did not work either, I emailed them a lot of times regarding my order and they did not even bother to reply.irresponsible. Do not ever order from this website
